Facilitate technical risk assessments and specialist investigations
Conduct fire prevention & protection assessments
Improve emergency preparedness processes
Participate in the preparation of annual budgets and business plans and year end reports
Conduct Safety Audits at mine site from time to time.
Handling the security tracking system of vehicles.
Responsible of the Wireless communication radio system
Plan and oversee implementation of process necessary to deliver safety management systems
Contribute to ongoing improvements of safety systems
Prepare training lesson plans and present training to operational staff in terms of safety systems
Scrutinize incident reports and take appropriate action
Audit contractor safety compliance for major projects, and system audits at operations
Define safety requirements and standards for construction projects
Assist operations and projects to resolve safety challenges, to contribute towards continuous safety performance improvement
Compile a safety report every month based on the reports from the mine sites.
Liaise with consultants and Ma’aden personnel regarding the occupational health aspects pertaining to safety
Keep yourself updated in safety matters by self-studying and participating in safety related meetings and seminars.
Fulfill other similar or related activities as directed
Maintaining the security system, making reports about the condition of the system, and Giving training how to use the system.
To support the security section programs of training, audits, major project security program and improvement activities.
