Appoint and Manage/Direct the site supervision teams of all projects under construction, motivate and support the site supervision teams with the technical, contractual/legal and management advice to ensure high level of performance achieving the objectives of completing the projects at cost, in time and at high quality to the Client\s satisfaction. 1- Residential Tower at Danet Abu Dhabi

Residential Tower with three car-parking basements, ground, mezzanine and 21 typical residential floors + swimming pool, landscape and health club floor + roof, in addition to building services and landscape at ground floor
2- Commercial Building for Mr. Thani Obaid Al Muhairi, , Abu Dhabi
Project Cost: AED 50, 000, 000
Commercial building consists of 4 car-parking basements, ground, mezzanine and 20 typical floors + roof.
3- New Palace for H.H. Shikha Shamsa Bint Moh’d Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Project Cost: AED 80, 000, 000
Consists of main villa, small villa, service building and guard house with related structures, roads, walkways, playgrounds, swimming pools, soft and hard landscaping and car parking along with the related Infrastructure Works
4- Private Residence in Khalifa City-A, Abu Dhabi
Project Cost: AED 18, 000, 000
The project consists of design, construction and maintenance of a Private Residence comprising of a three story Villa, Service Block (with kitchen & staff Accommodation), Guardhouse, and Boundary Wall together with associated services
5- Six Villas fo H.H. Shiekh Sultan Bin Hamdan Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi
Project Cost: AED 15, 000, 000
The Project consists of Six Villas of three floors of approximate gross floors area 594 square meters each, boundary wall and associated services.
Representing the Employer for construction project of staff accommodation for lulu group, manage the contractor and the consultant, a heading of internal team of civil, mechanical and civil engineers in addition to accountant assisting me in managing the project; Attending the site meetings, resolving technical problems and contractual matters, ensure progress of work is as per the construction program and within the budget at high quality, conclude the provisional sum items and control the variations through strict change control procedure, ensure works are done complying the Authorities regulations and applicable standards

The project located at west bay-Doha. Land area is 16150 m2 and gross build up area is 160000m2. Consisting of three basements for services and car parking, three floors podium and 48 floors twin towers, one serve as offices and the other as Pullman hotel.
2- Mushrif Mall - Abu Dhabi, UAE - March 2008 - up to Nov. 2011
Project Cost: AED 740, 000, 000
The Mall is located at airport road. Land area is 45, 000 m2 and gross build up area is 185, 000 m2. Comprises of car parking at basement, state of the art Fish, Meat and Vegetable Market at ground floor and three floors retail shops at first, second and third floor with big food court and family entertainment area at third floor. Central area roofed by unique fabric tent supported by spider steel structure.
3- Marina Mall (Extn.1) - Abu Dhabi, UAE - April 2004 - up to March 2008
Project Cost: AED 500, 000, 000
The extension to the existing mall located on the Break Water with a total built-up area of 105, 000 m2 and comprises of 2 basement floors car parking, ground & first floor retail areas of department stores and other retail shops, roof with three big fabric tents and 30 nos. different size skylights, 400 m2 Ice Rink Skating, Street Theme with rain/ thunder/ lightning simulation. 110 m high tower with Viewing Gallery floor at level and restaurant with revolving platform. circulation areas and other facilities.
4- H.H. Sh. Hazza Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Palace Complex- Abu Dhabi, UAE - March 2002 to March 2004 (Construction Manager)
The complex consists of Main Villa (6 floors), Main Guest House (2 floors), Health Club, Marina Club, Main Gate, Equestrian Club, Stable, Shooting Range, in addition to different service, landscaping and roads works.
This company is a consultancy firm in the design and implementation of development projects in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Reporting to Projects Director and managing the site supervision team of the following projects:
1- Construction of 200 House in Al Semha - Abu Dhabi, at cost of AED. 128, 000, 000.
2- Primary School in Remah-Al Ain, at cost of AED 18, 780, 392.
3- Construction of 40 House in Al Shawamekh-Abu Dhabi, at cost of AED 54, 200, 000.
Key roles & resposponsibilities:
- Responsible for administrating the contract including construction supervision.
- Managing the supervision team and coordinating with head office.
- Review/Comment/Approve shop drawings and materials submittals>

Reporting to the project Manager and managing the site engineering team at the site technical office of the project:
TS-35 Third Direct Reduction Model and HBI Material Dispatch System for Libyan Iron and Steel Company in Misrata, at total cost of US$ 158, 000, 000.
The project was an extension to the already established plant and was constructing the RC foundation on cast in site piles and erecting the steel structure plant units in addition to RC underground cable tunnel connecting the plant units.
Responsible for organizing the work in the office, filing/organizing the project’s drawings & documents in the technical office, drafting for some features, providing the site engineer with the necessary revised drawings, using B+B program for preparing setting out and tachometry for different structural elements, preparing monthly reports for executed material quantities & executed works to the head office and preparing for the site and Lab. test including the test result report.

Reporting to the Project Engineer and was responsible for supervising the works for part of the big-scale irrigation project:
Al Jaziera Irrigation Canal in Nineveh Province,
Construction of 30 km length and 40 m width irrigation lined canal includes; 5 RC Regulators each provided with lifting pump station. In addition to service roads on both canal sides and dynamic irrigation system serving the agricultural fields along the canal.
Responsible for construction supervision, Liaising with the Client / Contractor and conducting weekly progress meetings, following up company claims with the clients, managing Labor / plant / Equipment, managing for field tests, prepare daily progress reports, executing the works according to the project drawings & specifications.

Reporting to the Project Engineer and was responsible for the site drainage & sanitary works and the relevant civil works of the project:
Childbirth & Children Hospital in Mesan, at total cost of USD 330, 000, 000.
The hospital consists of three floors childbirth building, two floors management building, two floors reception building including labs, x-ray rooms, operation halls, main gate, service building, plant room, internal roads & soft/hard landscaping and other facilities.
Responsible for construction site works, managing site Labors / Plants / Equipment, executing the works according to the project drawings & specifications. Daily Progress Report, material procurement, dealing with subcontractors, preparing monthly payment for the Client and Subcontractors interim payments.
Projects Handled: Several service and infrastructure construction projects; roads, stores, governmental buildings, primary & secondary schools, water supply systems including pump houses and drainage networks in Mesan province.
Responsible for:
- Preparing Tenders and supervising the work at site.
- Witnessing field/lab tests and analyzing the relevant results.
- Applying field quantum after the work is completed.
- Prepare the final financial settlement.
