Operation and Maintenance contract through the Ministry of Finance and directed by the Real Estate General Authority at the governmental departments complex in the Holy Places. This mega project consists of 61 Building, 64 Electrical Generators 500-750Kw, Diesel Pumps, 75 booster Pump systems, all Pluming Work, water supply, drainage and irrigation system. Refrigeration and cooling system. Firefighting system, FM200, Tracer.
▪ Manage, Plan, Control and Organize the planned preventative and corrective mechanical maintenance on all of the complex buildings, fleet and other equipment in order to maximize their lifespan and ensure safety.
▪ Manage unplanned work resulting from breakdown and emergencies, making sure they are dealt with in efficient manner by prioritizing as required for the provision of a 24-hour callout service.
Al Gihaz Holding provide integrated solutions for conventional energy. SEC-contractor through the Saudi Electricity Company (SEC).
▪ Analyze and validate costumers account on the company system. ▪ Validate onsite meter “installation” information’s.
▪ Mentor and train new analyst to review and validate data.
This project is performed in collaborative with the Solar Boost Project for lowering the costs of O&M. This station is one of Australia’s most efficient and technically advanced coal-fired power stations, which can generate up to 750MW.
▪ Dissecting the O&M costs with the industry collaborators.
▪ Setting benchmarks for the materials development and to set them for best practice within the
industry.
▪ Manage the complete Plant Mechanical O&M function correctly and efficiently as per laid down
procedures/contract.
This workshop training of Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy detector (EDS) to determine the elemental composition of materials.
▪ One-to-one basis on specimen preparation and microscope operation.
▪ Perform Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy.
▪ Determine when and how to apply specific methods of specimen preparation, viewing and
EDS analysis for a variety of conductive and non-conductive materials.
This project is supported by the Australian Renewable Energy Agency's (ARENA) Emerging Renewables Program. And it conducted in collaboration with UQ to assist RACTH assess the viability of converting the 180MW coal-fired Collinsville Power Station to a 30MW hybrid solar thermal / gas power station.
▪Investigating the factors impacting on the feasibility, including cleaning requirements and power system stability.
▪ Examine the feasibility of using Linear Fresnel Solar Thermal Reflector (LFR) technology.
▪ Predict and provide both dispatch and wholesale spot price forecasts for the proposed thermal
plant.
This project conducted in collaboration with The University of Queensland (UQ), for dust collection and analysis from Collinsville Power Station.

▪ Mapping of the elemental composition of surface contaminants.
▪ Investigating the surface analysis diagram and structures on the surface.
▪ Ensures that all work is performed safely and in compliance with applicable procedures, regulations.
This project is a collaboration between UQ Solar, US photovoltaic manufacturer First Solar and AGL. The Project switched on at UQ’s Gatton campus as Queensland’s largest and most sophisticated facility for pilot-scale systems-level PV research anywhere in the world.
▪ Confirming design operational feasibility recording as built engineering changes on drawings. ▪ Collect performance data / performance test of gas turbine.
▪Create, improve, apply maintenance program and ensure that equipment works to its

Acted as training facilitator and course instructor for TSI’s Fluid Mechanics Measurement Systems. Assisted with preparation for and conducting of experiments using optical diagnostics, Particle Image Velocimetry (PIV) and Phase Doppler Particle Analyzer (PDPA) class 4 laser product.
▪ Safety induction in the wind tunnel facility and identify and assess risks in laser areas.
▪ Offered specific training programs to help students gain an understanding of the safe use of
lasers in researches.

clarification.
This project is a collaboration between UQ and ASTRI Program aimed at adding value in the operation and use of CST plants.
▪ Provide comprehensive characterisation of the sprays and visualisation of the flow dynamics.
▪ Measurement of droplet size and velocity in the spray (spray characteristics).
The project is being performed as part of the Australian Solar Thermal Research Initiative (ASTRI) and is supported by the Australian Renewable Energy Agency's (ARENA) Emerging Renewables Program, Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO). Solar thermal research hub that has two high-concentration solar thermal tower facilities. Contains a tower and uses 200 mirrors-heliostat to generate more than 500kW of energy, producing temperatures in excess of 1500oC.
▪Training to develop, test and commercialise CSP technologies side by side with industry partners and research institutions around the world.
▪Research and development of the maintenance schedules to ensure smooth running of the plant.
Mechanical
Working under the maintenance department at phase one and phase two, each phase includes 5 steam turbines, 5 boilers and 10 MSF units.
▪ Supervised the mechanical maintenance and operation of the section and its facilities during routine
and emergency situations, including any follow-up procedures and application of safety regulationswork
▪ Supervised and coordinated the use of permits throughout the operation processes within the power boiler and turbine section.
▪ Prepared the daily and monthly reports to the maintenance engineer in charge, on the progress of maintenance work and encountered problems.
▪ Demonstrates safe work practices and attitudes, follow safety rules, works to prevent unsafe conditions and behaviors, and participates in organizational and departmental safety programs.
Al-HIDADA is a Steel fabrication facility with annual production capacity over 200, 000 tons of steel products. Manage at fabrication, testing and evaluation of electric towers and poles, including:
▪ Supervising of all tower’s manufacturing processes (at Plant-1), ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.
▪ Liaising with other engineers at Khumra-ABT factory (at Plant-6), to develop plans that improve production, costs, and labor required.
▪ Motivate and coach seven foremen and 151 workers, to operational success.
▪ Leader and supervisor of a research group focusing on the distribution and propagation of different types of pests (crows, dogs, rodents, cats, etc.) and their effective control.
▪ Training, coaching and encouraging the team of technicians.
▪ Created research and statistical reports and presentations.
Masters in Mechanical Engineering (Grade Point Average: 6.124/7), QUT, Brisbane, Australia. Masters ME Project: Design and fabrication of a suitable crusher for Queen Palm seeds. This research project was part of the bigger group to influence the use of renewable energy. The major goal of this project was to develop, improve and optimise the use of palm seed crushing technology to produce sustainable fuel for biodiesel engines.
Production Engineering and Design of Mechanical Systems BSc Project: Fork lift positioner. Designed, manufactured and tested the mechanical and electronic system for precise positioning of objects manipulated by a fork lifter.
