Overall Responsibility: Day-to-day, strategic and practical management of the Technical & Operations Department . Responsible for the maintenance, development and deployment of all technical systems, and infrastructure associated with the Sayegh Group activities as per board requirements.
Responsible for the control of budgets, staff review, salary adjustments, employee KPI’s, research, support and implementation of new technology-related initiatives for current and future group business interests.
Responsible of the OTT platforms infrastructure, CDN, VMS and Mobile/Smart TV applications in coordination with the Head of Developers team .

Part of the Launching team for the the 3rd branch of HSE24 in Dubai after the succesful two branches in Mosco & Rome .
• Managing & supervising all the fitout of two buildings including the IT, Studio operation & Broadcast & MEP infrastructur for the launching .
• Following all required approvals with Tecom, DU & DCD to go on Air on time as per UAE authorities regulations .
• Effectively communicating and coordinating across the organization & management team in Munich & GCC,
• Alerting senior management to existing or emerging technical, resource, or staff issues in a timely manner and provide recommendations for resolution as appropriate
• Leading all studio and control room staff, operations, and facilities
• Supervising, training, and developing all operations & Technical staff, including scheduling, providing timely performance feedback, and clear communication of expectations, goals, and objectives before the launch
• Managing and reporting on departmental cost
• In charge for the Capex & Opex for the all facility in coordination with finance
• Planning and coordinating all installations and refurbishments
• Managing the running of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards for more than 100 employees
• Inspecting buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.

• Ensure systems availability as per agreed SLAs and corresponding support processes based on ITIL .
• Leadership for delivery of 24/7 service operations and compliance.
• Effectively develop and manage highly-available complex infrastructure with 24/7 availability of Corporate Network infrastructure and the Data Centers to ensure the availability of all servers and services required by management which includes IT solutions / Services .
• Ensures Disaster Recovery drills are planned and carried out effectively at agreed intervals and provide status update
• Manage licensing and maintenance contracts related to IT & broadcast Production environments to ensure the continuity of services.
• Provides infrastructure services vision, enables innovation and seeks to leverage IT trends that can create business value consistent with the company's requirements and expectations
• Design verification and supervision of all IT infrastructure related activities such as high level network design, Fiber network etc.
Starting with Dafrah from scratch with keen attention to all the details on building the TV station, which is designed for broadcasting two channels with two main studios (Virtual & Production)
Starting with ATV from scratch ensuring all technical areas & services are built to the highest engineering standards. Responsible for team & its outputs. Reporting directly to the Technical Manager.
Team Leader of Transmission system, Ingest system and Archiving system. Preparing playlists for 16 ART channels by retrieving material for the playlists from the archive peta site system .Investigating and followingup technical issues regarding ingest, archive and transmition systems.
