In Sadad I am working as Service control center officer, monitoring system, analyst errors and cooperate with department such as Windows, Application, Unix and DB.

•The leadership of the monitoring team for the service control center within 24 hours and the reporting of malfunctions that occurred immediately.
•Created daily, weekly and monthly reports for management using Crystal Report System
•Attend the daily meeting with management to discuss the work and achievements.
•Staff training on the system and stand on their performance and directing them to avoid errors.
•Distribution of work on the staff and follow-up to complete it in a timely manner.

•Write a complete description for each type of cases and solutions.
•Provide Banks and Billers with reports for internal investigation.
•Create and provide Banks and Billers with system generated reports.
•Highlighting and identifying operational issues.
•Setting and updating Sadad Portal data
•Carrying out EBPP data maintenance by managing clients’ request and maintaining their data.
•Handling Digital Certificate (SSL) Changing .

Roles & Responsibilities:
Monitor network to ensure network availability to all system users and trouble shooting of local computers & remote computers.

Troubleshooting of Network Printers (HP & Canon)

Install Hardware: Hard Drive and Modem.

Make the image \[using Norton ghost software\] and installed MINISTRY standard applications and software.

Configuring WAN links using Ethernet, serials & ADSL ports

Service and maintain systems, including inspect, clean, test, run scandisk, defragment hard drives, and update antiviral programs to maintain performance and security.
