FF&E Contract commencement date was mid-June 2019; the forecast project Completion Date is Dec. 2020. Area GFA 17, 438 sm.

• Project Director, NAKHEEL-NAKHEEL MALL & PALM TOWER, Palm Jumairah, Dubai; (Retail, Residential & Hospitality)
Head of the Post Contract site supervision team. Closing out of the project.
Project description:
Palm Tower: A 240m high, 5 star 3B+G+53 floors Hotel and Furnished Apartments project. Building includes 290 hotel rooms and 432 apartments, Conference Rooms, Business Center, a Function Hall/Ballroom, Spa/Gym, outdoor Pools at levels 3 and 50, Restaurants and dedicated car parking in 3 Basements. Contract commencement date was Feb. 2016; the forecast project Completion Date is Mar. 2020. Area 109, 808 sm.
Main Contractor: JV between Trojan - NPC, MEP: NPC, Curtainwall: Reem Aluminum, Hotel Operator: St. Regis.
Nakheel Mall: A shopping mall development with 3 levels of retail with over 336 specialty shops, food courts, major development stores, cinemas, entertainment facilities and 3 parking basements. Main Contract commencement date was Feb. 2015; Expected Completion Date: Jun. 2019; Area 418, 181 sm.
Main Contractor: JV between UNEC & ACTCO, MEP: Al Arabia.
Responsibilities are as follows:
• Manage, coordinate and control all site office administration and co-ordination aspects in accordance with the project Consultancy Agreement in terms of quality and resource planning.
• Liaise with the Head of architectural, structural, building services for the design issues and represent the Consultant.
• Ensure that the Project Execution Plan is implemented by the project team.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Authorize and sign all correspondence and outgoing documents prior to issuance.
• Responsible for assigning tasks and job responsibilities to support staff.
• Ensure that Technical information is provided for Variations and EOT Claims.
• Follow up with the Design Team on all Local Authorities for approval.
• Ensure availability of required documents for the project.
• Leading and responsible for NORR's Construction Administration, overall site management including staffing and financial planning, supporting the Resident Engineers and their teams to successfully deliver the projects on time.
• Responsible for the day to day management of the department personnel including all hiring.

Project description: Two residential towers connected with a large podium and 2 carparking basements. One tower is G + 39 and the other is G + 34. Building includes 471 apartments (1, 2, 3 & 4 bedrooms), a retail area, Spa/Gym and Leisure/Pool areas. Enabling/piles works from June till Nov. 2017. Main Contract commencement date was Dec. 2017; the forecast project Completion Date is: Apr. 2020; Area 100, 936 sm.

• Project Director, EMAAR - THE ADDRESS BOULEVARD HOTEL, Dubai; (Hospitality)
Duties: Head of the Post Contract site supervision team.
Project description: A 370m high, 3 car parking basements, 70+ stories with 6 Podium levels. Building includes 5 star hotel rooms and apartments, a retail area with food & beverage outlets, health clubs and a pool terrace. Total area is 190, 000 + sm.
Main Contractor: Brookfield Multiplex Constructions.
• Responsible for the entire contractual issues of the projects handled by the company in Abu Dhabi.
• Reviewing all incoming contractual correspondences from Consultants, Clients & PM related to the projects and assisting the company’s Project Managers in preparing necessary contractual responses.
• Reviewing and updating management on contractual risks, critical issues.
• Assisting the PM and QS in identifying, evaluating and submitting all potential variations & claims.
• Supervising the preparation of variations, claims and E.O.Ts as needed for all projects.
• Ensuring the main contract payments are prepared and received on time.
• Responsible for all subcontract administration, reviewing the claims and payment certificates.
• Addressing the interpretation of condition of contract and dispute resolution.
• Taking all adequate measures for avoiding disputes.
• Attending and addressing contractual matters with Clients & Consultants and negotiating variations, claims, E.O.T. and mitigating any contractual disputes.
• Assisting the PM and QS in all project financials, final settlements and close outs.
• Supplement, mentor and coach site quantity surveyors & contract administrators.
• Reviewing project main contract conditions to identify risks / deficiencies in tender contract conditions and documents.
•Senior Associate, JUMAIRAH CREEKSIDE HOTEL, Aviation Club, Dubai, U.A.E.
Duties: Project Management and head of the Post Contract site supervision team.
A 5 star 10 stories and 2 basements project. Building includes 292 hotel rooms, function hall, 5 food & beverage outlets, a health club, a pool deck and a business center. Contract commencement date was June 2007; project expected to be completed in Dec. 2010. Area 59, 920 sm.

•Senior Associate, ADNEC, Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center, Abu Dhabi, U.A.E. (Phase 2)
Duties: Responding to the Contractor’s cost and time claims.
2 Car Park buildings, Exhibition halls, Multipurpose hall, Concourse area and Grandstand Car Park with landscaping. Contract commencement date is May 2007; project was completed in September 2008. Total area 325, 000 sm.

Duties: Head of the Post Contract site supervision team.
A 438m high, 5 car parking basements, 94 stories with 8 Podium levels. Building includes 5 star 212 hotel rooms, 22 serviced apartments, 226 unfurnished apartments, 29 levels of offices, a retail area with food & beverage outlets, health clubs and a pool terrace. Contract commencement date was June 2007; project has slowed down since Nov. 08. Final completion date is yet to be determined. Total area 292, 000 sm.

•DAMAC PROPERTIES - THE WAVES RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT, Dubai;
Duties: Project Management and head of the Post Contract site supervision team.
Two towers one 99.6m high 28 stories and 3 basements, the other 43.96m high 12 stories and 2 basements and a podium joining the towers. Building includes 247 unfurnished apartments, 2 levels of shops, a health club, a pool deck. Contract commencement date was Feb 2004; project was completed in Aug. 2005. Area 60, 103 sm.

•AL JABER COMPLEX - SHANGRI-LA HOTEL, Dubai;
Duties: Head of the Post Contract site supervision team.
A 5 star 200m high 43 stories and 2 basements. Building includes 301 hotel rooms, 62 furnished, 119 unfurnished apartments, 4 levels of offices, 5 food & beverage outlets, a health club, a pool deck, a business center and a separate 13 stories car park building. Contract commencement date was May 2001; project was completed in Sep. 2003. Area 91, 500 sm.
