- Working to provide and ensure the ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) system in information technology department in the ministry.
- Part of team responsible for solving the troubleshooting and problems (H\W & S\W) and network issues which happening with computers in ministry.
- Responsible for all centers in Ahmadi Governorate, solving the troubleshooting and problems (H\W & S\W) and Network issues which happening in the centers.
- Organize the solving processes through a program (BMC Service Express) which developed by our company.
- Responsible for all Computers and network, solving the troubleshooting and problems, which happening.
- One of the team responsible for developing the testing application. My responsible is testing the application and create new questions.
- Changing the exams questions by create new questions and give it to the developers to insert it in the testing application.
- In-charge on the tests supervisors to distribute their tasks and responsibilities.
- Check the testing center's computers if it’s compatible with our testing program requirements.
- Train the certified institutes trainers on our course (Cambridge International Diploma in IT Skills).
- Contact and request the certificates from Cambridge University.
- Writing monthly report about section activities.
