Responsible for all aspects of multiple medium to large projects with moderate to high complexity.
- Fulfilling tasks given by Vice President, and provide a clear overview regarding projects status.
- Managing the projects within time, budget and scope while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Define requirements and plan project lifecycle deployment.
- Define clear customer, supplier/vendor and subcontractor scopes.
- Defines resources and schedule for project implementation.
- Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning.
- Plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, milestones to meet targeted Handover date.
- Efficiently manages subcontractor(s) to meet project deadlines within approved scope and budget.
- Implement proper closure of projects, e.g., customer sign-offs, updating PMO register, document archiving, etc .
- Organize project activities into manageable work efforts for team members, and determine an effective approach to completing the work, as outlined in project plan.
- Author/facilitate strategic documents such as Project Charters, Education and Communication plans, and detailed project plans, and present project updates to Vice President.
- Manage and communicate a clear project scope and motivate team members.
- Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and cross-project dependencies.
- Monitor and report on project activities and reporting on statuses within published timelines.

Facilities of Kuwait University (ADFA) - The scope of works covers the
construction of seven buildings.
- Act as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, craftspeople and operatives
- Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
- Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications
- Liaise with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project
- Plan the work and efficiently organise the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines
- Oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site
- Prepare reports as required
- Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
- Follow the site instruction from respective Project Manager.
- Coordinates with PM to complete outlining scopes, goals, resources, budget and timing.
- Resolving any issues and obstacles throughout a project's life cycle.
- Write site dairy for day to day works
- Follow the HSE process and compliance

The scope of works covers the construction of new units (Brown Field), Revamping of existing units and Buildings (Maintenance & Operation Buildings, and Substations).
