• Liaising with the Project Manager to prepare RFQs, technical and commercial proposals, project plan, project proposal, milestones, costing sheet and quality plan documents.
• Supporting the logistics functions of Elcome Overseas branch.
• Supporting and monitoring the ERP functions for Kuwait and Oman branch.
• Communicating with the customers, suppliers to ensure all the assets of the project is met and delivered in timely manner.
• Preparing and reviewing of purchase request, material request, GRN, packing list for project related materials.
• Preparing and monitoring compliance sheet wrt ISO27001.
• Revising company’s policies and procedures wrt ISO27001
• Using Six Sigma tools to improve the product life cycle management.
• Successfully implemented 5S, root cause analysis, SIPOC for a design change process in the product life cycle
• Prepared dynamic graphic screens, populated database, configured register addresses and alarm pages for all the field instruments used for the project using SCADA software tools.
• Commissioned for SCADA software at site successfully.
• Preparing engineering documents like FDS (Functional Design Specifications), FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) procedure documents/ records, BOM-Bill of Materials, logic flowcharts.
• Conducted FAT in front of esteemed customers successfully.
