Plan, deliver English courses to adults
Prepare and deliver English courses (EFL/EAP/ESP) for PYP students from beginner to
intermediate levels in the Regular and Distance Learning Programs, using multiple
approaches to meet different students’ needs.
• Assess students' work based on the SLOs and course objectives of the programme.
• Provide academic guidance to students for 5 office hours a week.
• Perform all other administrative duties; e.g. keeping students' records, supervising formal
assessments, writing evaluative reports, and attending formal meetings and professional

3. Gives orientation sessions and training sessions for faculty members and FY students at KAU for both
regular and distant learners.
5. Coordinates the web-based curricula and online content of the FY programme website.
6. Develops teaching supplementary materials from a broad range of sources books, academic journals,
magazines, and newspapers.
7. Writes weekly, modular, semesterly progress reports.
8. Maintains the confidentiality of assessment procedures and tools.
9. Administers the final exams in and outside campus.
