• Led the implementation and maintenance of EDI solutions using Oracle SOA B2B.
• Collaborated with business partners and customers to establish EDI connections and exchange data.
• End-to-end create and configure B2B trading partner setup/document definitions/delivery channels/agreement setup in Oracle SOA B2B.
• Performing testing and co-ordinate with business for UAT testing. Once testing is completed move to the production instance.
• Investigated and resolved EDI-related issues, coordinating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Maintained and updated trading partner agreements, mappings, and document definitions.
• Monitoring archival and processed directories to make sure all the documents were processed in the WinSCP tool (client-server).
• Monitoring Concurrent requests in the Oracle EBS application.
• Conducted training sessions for internal staff on EDI and Oracle SOA B2B best practices. Monitored and ensured compliance with EDI standards and industry regulations.
• Developed and maintained EDI documentation, including trading partner guides and process manuals.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to optimize EDI processes and reduce manual interventions.
• Deployed trading partner profiles in the SI dashboard for all documents for inbound and outbound translation objects for new clients.
• Create and configure envelopes and certificates for the maps that are deployed in Sterling Integrator.
• As a part of mapping, we manipulated the source and target structures with the client’s advice and also with the client's approval and experience in implementing Co-relations for trading partners.
• Monitoring production SI communication logs and troubleshooting the issues.
