As Product Owner responsible for analysis, design and development for the HIS System. Which consist of full range of modules like OP, IP, Billing, Contract Management, MMD, LAB, Radiology, Nursing, Order entry, registration, pharmacy etc.

Application consists of more than 55 modules which cover the requirements of Outpatient, Inpatient, Emergency and Home Health Care Service. Application running on four remote locations with centralized database. And more than 800 hundred concurrent users.

• End-to-End Product Lifecycle Ownership: Spearheaded the full-lifecycle in-house development, business analysis, coding alignment, implementation, and long-term production support of a comprehensive, custom hospital EHR/HIS platform.
• Modular Architecture Engineering: Directed the functional design and software development requirements for critical enterprise modules, including Inpatient, Outpatient, Emergency, CPOE, Pharmacy, LIS, Radiology, and billing engines.
• Clinical Workflow & CDSS Design: Conducted deep-dive business analysis alongside physicians and nursing
leadership to design custom clinical documentation templates, computerized ordering workflows, and intuitive nursing dashboards to maximize system adoption.
• In-House RCM & Interoperability: Engineered the platforms custom insurance and billing core; successfully
integrated ICD-10 coding standards, complex insurance coverage rules, real-time pricing matrices, and claims
preparation features to optimize revenue cycle efficiency.
• Core HIS-to-ERP Integration: Led the complex technical analysis and real-time data integration between the
proprietary in-house HIS database and Microsoft Dynamics AX, achieving seamless automation across corporate financials, asset management, and supply chain inventory.
• Change Governance & Support Operations: Established the application support framework, managing technical releases, user training programs, and post-deployment stabilization while bridging the gap between
frontline clinical teams and the internal software development unit.

Primarily focused on designing the ERP and providing customized solution to the clients(more than 200) and enhancing the solution according the new clients needs.Leading the team of 15 people working on the ERP.

of tier-one enterprise ERP solutions, optimizing core modules including General Ledger (GL), corporate fi
nance, procurement, and supply chain management across large-scale banking, manufacturing, and

Worked as analyst programmer part of team devloped 22 modules for the Hospital information system and develpoed GL alone using Powerbuilder 7, 8, 9 PFC and Oracle9i.

Complete package of General ledger, developed in Visual Basic 6 using ADO based on Microsoft SQL Server2000.Reports were developed in Crystal Report8.The software was developed for a supper market linked with inventory and POS. This was full accounting software with Receivables, Payables directly linked to Gl module and having the facility to post the transaction.
