I. Job Objective Summary :

• Follow up and implementation of what mechanical maintenance administration ask to do.
• Manages performance of the personnel in responsibility area.
• Ensure the reliability of the mechanical operations.
• Ensures the practical application of all applicable mechanical standards and codes.
• Manage the maintenance team (6 Forman +18 technicians)(Vacations - attendance - tasks - Training )

II. Duties & Responsibilities :

• Ensure the reliable, safe operation of all mechanical systems.
• Ensure that works are carried out safely, satisfactorily and within set time frame.
• Ensures that appropriate action is taken to eliminate recurrence of mechanical incidents
• Promotes the quality workmanship and motivates personnel.
• Follows policies and best practices in day-to-day work.
• Ensure the safe execution of maintenance work carried out on all plant mechanical equipment.
• Conveys management policies to the subordinates.
• Follow up and manage Mechanical shift technicians on site
• Writing the daily shift maintenance report
• Make work orders for every job on SAP program
• Make time sheet for every work order on SAP program
• Follow the updates and developments in the field of work, evaluate the useful on the subordinates of the department to improve and raise their skills
• Performs any other reasonable tasks when requested
• Performs all preventive mechanical maintenance activities, including major shut-downs, so that established standards of quality production and reliability are met, within agreed cost parameters

III. Key Performance Indicator:

• Reduction of unplanned stoppages number & time related to maintenance issues
• Reduction of planned stoppage number & time (routine, preventive, & planned maintenance) in the same quality
• Feedback of training operation
• Reduction external fabrication &importing spare parts
• Quality and thoroughness of reporting

• Manage the maintenance team (8 technicians) (Vacations - attendance - tasks - Training )
• Train maintenance technicians about ISO 22000
• Member of Safety committee
• Member of Water saving committee
• Member of investment projects committee
• Participate in the study of the utility risk assessment
• Evaluate technicians’ performance
• Provide production with all services ( mix water, hot water, compressed air, steam, electricity, cooling, vacuum, …… ) in compliance with production plan
• Maintenance spare parts management
• Benchmark with other bel factories to solve problem
• Take decision in case of any emergency case
• Follow up of utility budget
• Study of maintenance budget next year each year
• Follow up of water tests and measurement
• Prepare monthly and weekly report for all consumption ( fuel, water, electricity ) and calculate ratio and prepare action plan to achieve objectives
• Manage the technicians in 3 shifts and manage handover between shifts
• Follow up of maintenance department records
• Follow up of preventive maintenance plan for utility department which includes:
• Boilers (4 tons / h of volume, 10 bar of operational pressure )
• Cooling units
• Air conditioning units
• Air compressed
• Water pumps and network
• Firefighting pump and network
• Vacuum pumps
• Heating system
• Fuel supply
• Waste water station
• 3 Electricity generators ( 800 KVA )
• Water treatment station ( RO 10 m/h - carbon filter 12 m/h - sand filter 12 m/h - UV - chlorine Gas CLO2 for sterilization ……. )

• Operate production equipments correctly and correctly safely according to team
Lead direction
• Ensure that all equipments are clean and function correctly
• Inform maintenance team about any defect in production equipments
• Training and preparing operators for production needs
• Monitoring and controlling supplying of raw and required materials
• Manage the Production team ( 12 workers ) ( Vacations - attendance - tasks )
• Study production plan and estimate required manpower working hours needed to
