A. Public Relations Account Coordinator
A public relations coordinator works to create and maintain an organization's favorable public image and protect its reputation. She often reports to the director of PR or communications and works with staff in various departments such as communications, marketing and development. A PR coordinator may work in a variety of employment settings including large corporations, universities and hospitals


1. Deal directly with customers, promising channel of communication between each of the hospital management (Doctors & Nurses and difference departments as accounting & finance and insurance), and customers.
2. Holding events for the public in Kuwait and overseeing the organization's (Al Seef hospital) branding through logo use and print materials.
3. Doing the accounts of patients and billing, auditing, and final termination of all proceedings relating to the admission & discharge of patients.
4. To prepare daily reports and necessary day to day for all patients and submitted to the Director in charge.
Qualifications for this position typically include a bachelor's degree in communications, PR, journalism or marketing and two years of PR experience. Previous experience working with the media is often a plus.
In addition to education and previous experience, there are a number of personal attributes employers may seek in a candidate. These include excellent writing and speaking skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, organized, deadline-oriented, creative and the ability to work as a team.
