Leading the Results Reporting Team in supporting Programme to Monitor and Report on planned activities. M&E Support to pillars and teams.

ssisting the AME Unit in the development and implementation of Appraisal, Monitoring and Evaluation strategies by developing and following work plans and indicators for monitoring teams in coordination with the AMEU Manager, and by collecting quantitative and qualitative data on ACTED programs and general pre-project data.
Closely coordinating with GIS Department for data Collection and Data entry of information collected through AMEU assessments and Program data.
Development of data collection tools and methodologies
Working closely with AMEU Manager/ Program manager and Area coordinator to design appropriate information collection tools and methodologies including the assessment ToRs, questionnaires etc, and assist where necessary by translating these tools and methodologies.
Field Management and Data Collection
Ensure that the Monitors complete assignments accurately and on time by checking their work plan and field reports.
Providing regular reports to the AMEU Manager at frequent intervals on the progress of the implementation of the assessment activities and on the Senior AMEU Officer observations during the mission.
Working closely with the Database and GIS Managers to provide accurate data and where necessary assist the data entering.
Responsible to draft initial report on the field collected data by the AME monitors or secondary sources, under the supervision and guidance of AME manager.
Supporting AMEU officers in other bases in developing data collection tools, methodologies of the assessment, work plans, and reporting.
Conducting capacity building trainings (where needed) for the newly hired AMEU monitors and AMEU Officers
As Assistant Creative Lead for The Missing Slate (a subsidiary of low key/slate Publications & Consultancy), the first international journal for the arts and literature based in Pakistan and the United Kingdom, I use a variety of interactive tools, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Final Cut Pro and Premiere Pro, to design the publication. The magazine has grown from a startup into a well-regarded publication in Pakistan’s publishing and art circles due to its content and design, and has received notable interest from international publishers Faber, Oxford University Press, Seren, and Bloodaxe Books.

Duties include development of appropriate qualitative and quantitative assessment methodologies to ensure proper implementation of policies and strategies according to the project framework; development of assessment tools; planning and conducting learning assessments for teachers and students; data analysis, collection of stake holder’s feedback; designing and conducting surveys; monitoring of project activities and assistance during third party evaluations.
