• Apply, process and obtain all necessary visas for expatriates
• Work closely and report back to the HR Officer in the managing of visas and work permits for expatriates.
• Undertake registration and updating of information from Labour office about the permits
• Ensure all travel documentation, including tickets, is available for Tearfund employees.
• Filing all the correspondence letters with the Government of Sudan
• Oversee the Tearfund Post Office box, and make sure that all letters obtained reach the addressed individuals.
• Assist in communications between Sudanese speakers and international staff.
• Liaise with cleaners to prepare a monthly list of cleaning materials for logs to purchase
• Ensure the kitchen safety is of a high standard through liaising with office cleaners and cook
• Update the expats wall visa chart

• Worked alongside Logistics ensuring supplies needed to efficiently run the office are available, and that all equipment is in a working order
