•Execute the end-to-end signage production process:
conceptualizing original designs, preparing print-
ready artwork in Adobe Creative Suite, and operating
large-format printers to deliver high-quality signage
and displays.
•Create compelling branding materials, vehicle wraps,
banners, and large-format graphics tailored to client
specifications while ensuring strict adherence to
brand guidelines.
•Prepare and pre-flight all digital files for production,
ensuring correct color modes (CMYK/RGB), bleeds,
resolution, and layer separation for complex print
jobs.
•Operate and maintain a wide range of large-format
printing equipment (e.g., Konnica, Mutoh, Laser),
including routine maintenance, head cleaning, ink
replacement, and media loading to ensure optimal
performance.
•Collaborate closely with the sales team and clients to
review proofs, implement revisions, and approve final
artwork, ensuring 100% client satisfaction before
moving to production.
•Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-
paced environment, coordinating workflow between
design and production to ensure timely delivery of all
orders.

Collaborating with clients and team members to
understand project requirements and objectives.
•Developing concepts, and mock-ups to present design
ideas.
•Selecting appropriate colors, fonts, and graphics to
effectively communicate messages.
•Preparing files for print production and providing
specifications to printers.
•Managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
•Communicating and presenting design concepts and
revisions to clients.
•Providing guidance and support to junior designers, if
applicable.
