Rolaco Hospitality Supplies one of the leading companies in the field of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since 1989, which deals with all specialties of hotels, restaurants and hospitals. It also has a production department that works on all manufacturing and production of all kinds of bed linen, and uniforms.
Duties
•Provided support to all departments to ensure timely production of each project.
•Prepared project production schedules and assisted with production duties as necessary.
•Tracked production progress and developed updates to existing tracking programs.
•Managed inventory and prepared weekly inventory reports.
•Coordinated production activities with vendors.
•Assisted production teams with the design and implementation process.
•Maintained database of production stats.
•Prepared reports summarizing, and evaluating client feedback.
•Oversaw work performed by production teams.

Achievements
Jeddah branch: In addition to dealer road shows, I played a major role in introducing KPM system where special demonstration, after-sale service and follow ups were applied to niche clients and distributors.
Achieved 44% increase in the Jeddah branch’s total sales in 2009, by implementing the hereunder illustrated business strategies:
•Improved the displays’ general function in the showroom and applied the follow-up system.
•Computerized the manual paper work (quotations, replies, letters etc…).
•Increased the number of distributors and implemented better display in their showrooms.
•Renewed and introduced the Hitachi angle signs and sign boards to dealers’ showrooms.
• Created product awareness to the organization’s sales staff and distributors’ sales teams.
•Assisted the sales force to start system approach strategies which lead to an increase in the accessories along with the units’ sale.
•Pushed the workshop to deliver, repair and service faster.
