1 - Involved in reporting of the daily utilization for current account and bank overdraft of the SBU’s and ensuring that a daily consolidated report is submitted to the GTM and GCFM.

Ensuring Credit monitoring & control sales staff performance based on laid down guidelines & procedures
Monitoring and auditing of daily inventory movements at the Warehouse including verification and monitoring of inventory returns from customers
Handling of all cashier related activities on a daily basis
MIS -
Circulation of various analytical reports covering areas of revenue & collection to facilitate management decisions
Month/ Year end branch and depot sales accounting and reconciliations
Passing of all month end sales accounting entries
Verification of marketing spends according to pre-designed company policies.

Anchoring of Statutory & Internal Audit on related areas of work
Involved in activities related to maintenance of the inventory records including passing of all month end accounting entries.
Treasury -
Maintain of daily bank transactions of company bank accounts by Hexagon program.
Making weekly planning for payments to suppliers according liquidity we have.
Prepare weekly A/R report for all regions.
Prepare cash flow report in every monthly closing.
