01- Project Planning and Design
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for the remodeling project.
- Work with architects and designers to finalize plans, ensuring they meet client needs and comply with local building codes.
02- Budget Management:
- Develop detailed project budgets, ensuring all aspects of the project are accounted for.
- Monitor project expenses, ensuring they stay within budget, and make necessary adjustments as needed.
03- Scheduling and Coordination:
- Create and manage project timelines, ensuring milestones are met on time.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project progression.
04- Quality Control:
- Regularly inspect work in progress to ensure it meets the company's quality standards and client expectations.
- Address any issues or discrepancies immediately, ensuring they are resolved promptly.
05- Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or changes they may have.
- Regularly update stakeholders on project status, potential challenges, and any changes to the timeline or budget.
06- Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks associated with the project and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
07- Documentation:
- Maintain detailed records of all project-related documents, including contracts, invoices, and change orders.
- Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained before work commences
01- Ensure Proper Planning:
• Define project scope in collaboration with senior management.
• Create detailed work plans, and support all parties on projects.
• Determine required resources and develop schedules for effective project completion.
• Ensure project deliverables are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. 02- Staffing Management:
• Manage staff according to established policies.
• Drive improvements within the overall structure. 03- Departmental Strategy Execution:
• Execute planning according to the site plan.
• Monitor site space progress and adjust as needed.
• Review work quality with customers to meet contract standard 04- Control Measures Implementation:
• Write reports for management and communicate as outlined.
• Manage projects according to accounting policies. 05- Communication & Working Relationships:
• Collaborate with the General Manager - Contract Logistics.
• Work closely with Account Managers for task delegation and information exchange.
• Interact with Client/Site Representatives for reporting results through KPIs and formal reviews

- Pro rata account and revision of prices or approach to work.
- Checks forecast budgets
- Checks plans and specifications and quotes
- Resolves administrative problems concerning the opening of the site
- Hires the personnel necessary to carry out the work
- Monitoring the progress of the construction site from start to finish
- Responsible for compliance with set deadlines
- Responsible for safety and hygiene issues in the field.
• Technical supervision of infrastructure projects, ( the road network, the water network, the sewage network, and the public lighting network) including pumping stations, storage tanks, water treatment systems, and wastewater treatment systems.
• Directs project team and client compliance with contract terms and monitors subcontractors compliance with contractual obligations.
• Prepare the project work plan, scope, schedule and budget, and communicate them to project team members; Monitor project compliance with schedule, budget and quality objectives.
Car Driver
• Lead and manage a small team of workers (Interior Designer/Visual Merchandiser/Graphic Designer) and inspire and challenge them to strengthen the uniqueness of the SARL HOUBIB identity in range presentation and home furnishing solutions.
• Implement the business calendar and the development of the department action plan with initiatives that are focused on growing the business, long-term profitability and execute agreed plans.
• Actively participate in Commercial Team meetings, agenda, and act quickly to exploit commercial opportunities.
• Responsible for gathering and translating insights from home visit interviews into locally relevant, functional, aesthetic, and commercial home furnishing solutions that exceed customer expectations. Actively contribute to the regional Design Leaders network and share national directions and global tools with the workers.
• Responsible for the procurement of materials, tools, supplies and services for the implementation of the projects with environmental awareness & cost consciousness.
