1. Building and maintaining relationships with clients, responsible for communicating with clients, answering their questions, and helping them understand the services and products offered by the brokerage firm.
2. Managing client accounts which includes overseeing trades and investments, executing orders, and ensuring that all transactions are accurate and in compliance with regulations.
3. Conducting market research and staying up-to-date with market trends and providing clients with insights and recommendations on investment opportunities.
4. Analyzing financial data, including stock prices, economic indicators, and industry reports, to identify potential investment opportunities for clients.
5. Creating regular reports on client accounts, including performance summaries and portfolio analyses.
6. Adhering to regulations for ensuring that all transactions and client accounts are in compliance with regulations set forth by regulatory agencies.
Support Relationship Managers in delivering efficient and quality service to customers.
Act as major contact point with customers support functions to ensure smooth account operations.
Assist Relationship Managers in handling referrals from different business parties and find the right solutions for customers.
Contact customers to build relationship and respond to enquiries on account and operational matters.
Liaise with internal departments and provide instructions to concerned parties on account maintenance tasks.
Assist Customer Service Manager in dealing with adhoc requests and perform general office administrative duties.
Provide splendid customer services to customers in a friendly and courteous
manner at all times.
Have sufficient knowledge about the banking products and services and respond
to all inquiries accordingly.
Improve customers' banking experience with the bank by ensuring that the
customers are attended to promptly and all their challenges are resolved without
delay.
Ensure that all the bank's policies and procedures, code of conduct and regulatory
guidelines are strictly complied with in the process of discharging duties.
Provide information to customers on their account status and account balances.
Open new bank accounts according to laid down rules and regulations.
Channel complex customer complaints and challenges to the right quarters for
effective resolution.
Identify potential leads to increase unit growth, profitability, and market share for
target customers through identifying customers' needs and requirements and
recommend appropriate solutions.
Develop opportunities in the aligner portfolio to achieve the sales target set.
Engage in product portfolio management and set strategic directions based on
customer needs and business goals.
Manage account information through effective, timely reports and accurate
customer records.
