• Reporting to the General Manager and CEO
• Establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts
• Coordinating with different company management departments and the four factory managers while forming the main link between them to facilitate the work flow and deliver the sales orders on time with the right quantity and best quality
• Factories monitored: Main chocolate factory, Printing factory, Flowers factory, Workshop (for souvenirs & decorated chocolates), and Silver factory
• Managing all sales orders, organizing/scheduling/filtering/prioritizing them by delivery date, client name, and category
• Providing suggestions and recommendations to initiate major changes in planning of commercial and industrial aspects for the higher administration
• Reporting periodic reports about achievements and progress for accomplishing administrative work goals and standards
• Managing potential channel conflict with other factories/franchises by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to management rules of engagement
• Evaluating performance of most departments in the company
• Managing Lean manufacturing concepts and ensure implementation
• Setting training programs after identifying needs through competencies matrix charts
• Applying tactics for organization, orderliness, cleanliness of factory work stations
• Handling clients complaints and thoroughly investigating them with concerned parties by applying “Root-cause analysis” tactic to generate Problem & Solution reports
• Following up production of these orders with factory managers while following up with procurement manager about their respective raw material arrival times
• Working on Safety Stock analysis for the aim of reducing the high stock levels
• Giving the proper direction for quality and packaging steps in the packing & finished goods warehouses
• Assuring the implementation of ISO standards 9001:2015 Quality Management System and ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System
