• Mission statement: Overseeing, Conducting and Coordinating between all departments/ Concerns with tasks, systems implementation, staff attitudes and legal approaches
• Responsible for Controlling and Coordinating the operation system and procedure/Concerns with staff efficiency and behavior
• Responsible for the establishment of all the internal operational, communication systems and procedures of all departments
• Responsible for All the tasks related to the Human Resources department (Recruitment, Legal Issues, SSNF, Job description, Internal rules and Regulations, etc)
• Responsible for handling all the tenancy agreements of the group
• Responsible for the presentation of several projects abroad as well as the execution of several promotions abroad for multinational companies
• Responsible for searching, finding, discussing, negotiating, reviewing and resolving legal and production issues with suppliers(local & abroad) in order to improve this relation for the maximum benefit of the company
• Responsible for solving any crucial problem that might occur during the project execution
