1. Perform direct marketing and sales activities to generate sales as per the
agreed sales and marketing plan.
2. Present to customer the latest updated offers issued and prepared by the
sales manager in order to increase sales in the showroom.
3. Respond to and follow up sales inquiries by mail, telephone.
4. Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual
account support.
5. Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management
information.
6. Capable of explaining all the information of the products as well as
communicating the use of all the products in the most professional and
efficient way.
7. Understand the principles of marketing and sales including product offer
development, features-benefits-solutions selling
8. Maintain and develop a computerized customer and prospect database.
9. Implement the sales strategy within his/her showroom.
10.Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
11. Implement shop merchandising, layout and customer traffic flow so as to
maximize sales, customer satisfaction, appearance, image and ergonomics for
customers
12.Responsible of the proper display of the products in the showroom.
13. Make sure all the required quantities of products are displayed in the
showroom and eliminate the stock shortage.
14. Prepare all the transfer orders to replenish the showroom stock

1.Provide excellent services to all customers to ensure achievement of all production goals and coordinate with local distributor to maintain all assign territories.
2.Maintain records of all sales and organize various events for consumer sampling.
3.Assist customers to relate to brands and associate with same in various events and implement all marketing activities.
4.Develop and maintain effective relations with all brands and recommend client direction and maintain all inventories for various products.
5.Manage all communication with all field manager and head quarter staff and monitor all competitor activity.
6.Maintain all brand display and ensure compliance to all standards and prepare reports for all merchandising managers.
7.Develop and maintain effective relationship with all store personnel and hire staff as per requirement.
1.Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.
2.Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
3.Establishes policies by entering client information; confirming pricing.
4.Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
5.Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
6.Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
7.Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
1.Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
2.Speak with others using clear and professional language.
3.Taking beverage orders and serving them to guests on a timely manner
4.Mix and garnish beverages according to recipe and portion control standards
5.Take guest beverage or food orders and input them to the point-of-sale system
6.Ensuring that the bar and lounge stations are fully stocked, clean and tidy at all times
7.Attend daily briefings from management who will explain any special requirements for service

1.Assist in carrying out scheduled inventories of products and operating equipment
2.Take ownership of guest request and follow up guests incidences
3.Always take responsibility for ensuring a positive guest experience
4.Stock and maintain the bar with all the required supplies and inventory (eg: beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice cubes etc.
5.Return all equipment to proper locations, locking refrigerators, restocking items, turning off lights, locking doors and completing bar closing checklist
6.Be responsible for billing/credit card/payment and collecting feedback from the guest.
7.Accurately total, process and collect payments from guests to include, but not limited to, using the point-of-sale system
8.Perform any other assigned reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned or as requested by Supervisors or manager.
Prepare music genres for customers in addition to DVD's and games.
