•Since 2012 handling the opening of 3 main outlets Dagher bakery Damour highway, Dagher Bakery jal el dib And Dagher Bakery Dora. Handling all the construction details with engineers and supervision the contractors to insure that all our standards are well implemented and that the deadlines are meet as planned.

•In charge of following up on the construction and decoration of the store to make sure that the wooden bakery standards are well implemented before the start of the operation, after opening handling daily operations, setting the sales strategies and making sure that all standards are well implemented, in order to maintain the image of the brand.
•Handling all inventories and supervising all purchasing orders of the company owned stores, making sure that the targets are meet and the recipes are well implemented in order to sustain the best P&L results.
Handling all received stocks from supplier and insuring the implementation of spinneys international standards in stocking and distribution of items inside the stores also assisting in the opening of spinneys merchandising stores in ashrafieh and Tripoli and organizing the spinneys warehouse in PWC premises
