Manage manufacturing operations and lead teams to secure a smooth and efficient production flow, ensuring an optimal productivity of people and machines
•Establish forecast and production plans, screen labor and set the standards for the machinery utilization
•Provide input on products specifications that could improve quality and contribute to customer complaints management processes
•Lead warehouse management processes and ensure proper controls, storages means and regular physical inventories are in place
•Establish preventive maintenance plans and programs and lead Maintenance teams through implementation
•Define in coordination with General Management, Business plans, Budgets and Modernization projects needed to maintain competitive edge
•Put in place motivational and recognition programs to ensure people engagement and a healthy work climate
•Ensure that the Plant complies with IMS standards: ISO 9001, ISO14001 (Environment management) and OSHAS 18001(Occupational Health & Safety). Apply Safety rules inside the plant
Design and wiring of Machines electrical diagrams
•Machines restoration and modernization projects
•Supervision and implementation of different projects in machine controls, and automation
Lead mechanical and electrical maintenance functions for the plant: Building, Boilers, Generators, Compressors, Machines, Water treatment stations, Garage, etc.
•Lead Maintenance teams to ensure
•Lead projects related to the Plant modernization and installation of new machinery
•Manages the Spare parts inventory and contributes directly to purchases related to the Plant
•Establish preventive maintenance plans and programs
•Lead Productivity improvement actions
the restoration of E.D.L substations in North
