- Establishes and maintains efficient procedures and effective controls for all expenditures of school funds in accordance with adopted budget, subject to
direction and approval of Board.
- Acts as purchasing agent for the Board and establishes procedures for the purchase of books, materials, and supplies.
- Develops and implements short and long-term maintenance plans for school buildings and grounds, delegating particular duties.
- Develops and implements guidelines and procedures governing the use and care of school facilities and property.
- Developed & initiated administrative processes for maintenance of organized, hygienic and safe facilities.
- Accountable for strategizing & organization events, activities for increasing admissions in the school.
- Updated & developed updating course syllabi as per latest requirements/ trends.
- Distinguished efforts in strategizing and set up new school at Khalifa A City, Abu Dhabi in Sep`07 involving:
o Obtaining school licenses and fees approval.
o Coordinating with the Consultant on the school building design.
o Interfacing with Consultant and Contractors.
o Purchasing all school furniture and resources, etc.
