Responsible for warehouse management activities by managing
receiving and releasing chocolates, plates, wrapping materials and
accessories, etc., maintaining inventory and optimal utilization of
warehouse area, and managing warehouses staff's day to day activities
•
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures•
Follow Operations policies and procedures in order to achieve
department's set goals and targets
•
Preparing delivery schedule as per opening time of branches and
locations
•
Ensure accuracy, on time delivery and compliance of all warehouse
operations with set budget
•
Ensure optimum utilization of warehouse space in terms of keeping
chocolates in suitable cooling conditions, using proper handling tools
and accurate and tidy shelving
•
Oversee stock control within warehouse and provide management with
reasonable reports about causes of differences if resulted
•
Ensure loading and unloading plan is prepared ahead of time for
shipments
•
Ensure all damages, missing or wrong packed parts are accurately
reported
•
Coordinate with Area Commercial Manager to provide needs of plates
for shops, and manage chocolate distribution in order to keep
processes running smoothly and normally
•
Work with Area Commercial Manager on selecting items that should be
filled as per theme and matching chocolate themes
•
Coordinate with other Area Manager and Commercial Managers across
regions to deliver chocolate, plates, wrapping materials and accessories
to cover needs of warehouses in specific region
•
Report to direct manager as requested•
In-charge of Annual leaves Overtimes of employees•
Handling Petit Cash of Warehouse•
Distribution of goods for 31 branches in area as per prepared schedule•
Compare invoices and delivery notes with received and sent goods•
Follow up with maintenance team regarding warehouse vehicles and
branches .and providing replacement if available
•
Prepare reports when requested by management•
