Employee Relations
Human Resources Department
• Responsible for developing and executing HR strategies and providing
abroad range of HR support.
• Oversee employee relations, secure regulatory compliance, and administer employee-related services.
• Ensure delivering efficient, effective, consistent, and customer-focused HR
service to company, current and prospective employees.
• Plan and manage on-boarding activities for new hires.
Maintain up-to-date Job Descriptions.
• Monitor HR helpdesk for employees' requests (Leaves, Letters Etc..)
• Assist with the development and compliance of Human Resource policies
• Liaise between management and employees to deliver conflict resolution,
alleviate problem
• Contributed to annual performance appraisals by working with supervisors to
achieve consistency and compliance with procedures.
Support Director’s duties in daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis
Organize internal management meetings and store data minutes
Create and Analyze Profit & Loss statements
Collect Revenue data (Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly)
Manage Events Revenue
Provide Manpower statists to Operational Managers
Provide graphical data to Operational Managers
Assist in Budgeting
Lead sales team.
Communicate new products to potential clients(e-mail/meeting/presentation/events)
Responsible for building client base as well as ensure/manage after-sales service,
in order to cultivate and maintain a long-term relationship with clients.
Identify and introduce local and international suppliers to meet client’s expectations.
Support daily office duties.
Survey/Site Recce locations
Achieved sales of 250, 000 USD selling automation systems for domestic and retail clients.
