•Set and review budget: long-term planning and managing cost.
•Strategic Input - Liaison with Board and assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity. Implement and manage operational plans
•Regular meetings with Executive Director around fiscal planning.
•Discuss budget with suppliers and revise commitments when needed.
•Communication - Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of support services such as IT, HR, Accounts and Finance. Facilitate coordination and communication between support functions

•Payroll management, commission, KPI’s for incentives and other employee benefits.
•Coach brand managers and supervisors on a weekly basis.
• Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
• Carrying out research in the company’s existing and potential markets to identify new opportunities in G.C.C and Middle East markets.
• Handling more than 8 countries; 40 retailers and 200 POS.
• Assisting in the development of sales and marketing literature and associated action plans to improve the company’s business approach and products.
• Establishing sales forecast and revenue projections. Providing reports, sales/ purchase analysis.
• Managing gross profit margin for the portfolio; reducing expenses, increasing sales...
• Monitoring and evaluating competitors’ activities and product strategies.
• Maintaining consistent corporate image throughout product lines, promotional materials, and events.

• Handling all buying from Europe and states; and choosing the right assortment and models.
• Directing and overseeing marketing and brand strategy for the UAE market.
• Searching for potential business opportunities, in addition to achieve synergy and organic growth.
• Handling Purchases, managing product assortment and monitoring stock levels.
• Establishing sales/ expenses budgets for the division and responsible for achieving it in line with group and brands policy.
• Adopting brand’s fixtures concept in line with brands worldwide concept.
• Monitoring business trends and adjusting business strategy accordingly.
• Planning, organizing, and coordinating media and promotional activities.
• Building and managing a high performing cross-functional team, capable of applying the brands Merchandising & Sales guidelines in the local market.
• Controlling and coordinating brand performances in Point of Sales across the UAE

• Handling purchases and placing orders in the USA, France and Italy; after preparing purchase budget.
