Being the Magnolia brand manager is a versitile job that touches almost all aspects of business:
Selling: supervising the sales team, figures & achievements. and taking actions to achieve set targets in both for local & export markets.
Marketing: preparing yearly & seasonal plans for brand exposure & tatical offers.
Developpment: upgrading current brand products (updating existent or creating new lines) to meet with consumer trends.
Prining: setting price structures & strategies for my SKU's for both local & export market.
production: managing & preparing orders of raw material & finished products
Increased Export department profitability by more than 10% over the last year.
Successful re-launch of the Laziza as a non alcoholic malt beverage in a global market.
Plan and implement with global distributors ATL, BTL, and trade marketing activities
Prepare and implement the yearly commercial and marketing export strategy for our brands (Almaza & Laziza).
Prepare detailed operation plans for key markets & backed with Activity Based Costing.
