Position: Maintenance and Facility Manager July 2021- Going on
• Conduct periodic checks of the building, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.
• Prepare weekly maintenance schedule and plan the work as per estimated workloads.
• Track and manage inventories and assets lists for tools, materials, and equipment.
• Coordinate with outside contractors on installations and repairs, for the respective department and manage annual maintenance contracts.
• Planning budget for repair, maintenance, and contracts.
• Monitor the performance of all equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in a safe manner and compliance with company standards.
