 Providing technical assistance to the plant and enforcing the work process discipline by improving the procedures used by Operations Personnel. Participates when required in advanced trouble shooting and coaches others to learn these skills. Ensures findings are documented in Plant Operating Discipline for future usage.
 Working with Technical Advising and plant personnel to optimize operations to meet Business and plant goals \[EH&S (Environmental, Health & Safety), Production, cost, quality, energy, reliability\].
 Improving the EH&S performance of the plant by implementing and leading new programs such as LOPC and Housekeeping programs to achieve one of business goals by driving OSHAs and LOPCs events to zero.
 Ensuring the implementation and utilization of MET (Most Effective Technology) in the new projects in the plant.
 Managing various plant trials to improve train operability and assist the Turnaround Coordinator to ensure the plant is ready to perform maintenance as required and then starts up smoothly RTO (Return to Operation) after maintenance.
 Managing various production metrics associated with the Crackers and Distillation trains and implementing best practices to achieve the Maximum Asset Capability (MAC).
