Responsibilities:
1. To ensure the different reports on HR management, i.e. attendance, absenteeism, late attendance, new appointment, turnover, training & development, man-hour, overtime, disciplinary status and other report as desired by the management.
2. Keep all employees personal record & upgrade time-to-time.
3. Handle recruitment and selection activities.
4. Provide salary increasing & all kind of logistic support related work.
5. Supervision of Store, Fire & Securities department as like assist in purchases their essential equipment for this purpose manages finance and accounting process. Ensure proper use of this equipment.
6. Responsible for all administrative supports to the office.
7. Keep records of all official documents.
8. Communicate with various business contacts.
9. Arrange meetings and take minutes.
10. Perform other duties as may be required and assigned by the Authority
