As part of my main responsibilities I looked after their Local and Regional offices (UAE, Saudi Arabia, China and Pakistan) Recruitment needs, worked on Personnel development program, Employer Brand Awareness, Talent Management, ISO Compliance, assisted in implementation of Performance Management System. I was also handling Employee grievances, planned orientations for New employees, Lead writer of Wavetec’s “Monthly Newsletter”, maintained their Personnel database and represented Wavetec on all external events.
Some of my main achievements were:

• Successful recruitments made for China and Dubai offices
• Project done on creating “Employer Brand Awareness”
• Developing role for Change Management
• Make strategies for Employee Retention.
I have been awarded with a degree in Masters in Business Administration with Majors in Human Resource Management.
I earned a degree in Bachelors in Business Administration with Majors in Finance.
I did my High School from DHA Degree college for Women.
