• Guarantee overall coordination and supervision of the projects and activities related to the Protection (GBV) component of INTERSOS program;
• Prepare, supervise and approve the planning and design of the projects and activities under the Protection (GBV) component of INTERSOS program;
• Guarantee correct implementation and timely follow-up of projects and activities under the Protection component (GBV) of the Program, as well as proper financial management, making sure that activities and costs are documented, justified and therefore checkable;
• Support the Head of Mission (HoM) and Protection Advisor in defining all the operating processes required to ensure a proper management of the Protection (GBV) component of the Program, ensuring that they are in accordance with INTERSOS procedures and policies;
• Within the Protection (GBV) component of the Program, ensure overall respect of INTERSOS Model, which defines the principles of legitimacy and correctness, segregation of duties, traceability, accountability and control in the performance of duties;
• Support the HoM and the Protection Advisor to guarantee information on Protection (GBV) programs, relevant guidelines, analysis etc. are duly and timely shared with relevant colleagues of INTERSOS Mission in Jordan;
• In coordination with Protection Advisor, guarantee technical support, back up and training on Protection issues to national and international staff deployed to Jordan mission;
• To contribute, as permanent member, to the works of the Senior Management Team (SMT) established within Mission in Jordan.
• To contribute to the work of the SMT in formulating and developing Protection strategies in Jordan and their implementation in accordance with the mandate, strategies and priorities of the Organization;
• To support the Protection advisor in providing the SMT with constant and well-grounded advises on Protection trends, dynamics needs, and gaps in Jordan;
• In coordination with the SMT, support the drafting process of new proposals in the framework of the Protection sector;
• Prepare and/or supervise the drafting of all required narrative and financial reports, of projects under his/her responsibility, or implemented within the Protection (GBV) component of the Program;
• Support the HoM in ensuring that reports are completed and submitted in accordance with deadlines and compliance requirements;
• In the framework of the Protection (GBV) component, support the Head of Mission to maintain constant relations with relevant donors and stakeholders at National and Governorate level;
• Represent, or ensure representation of INTERSOS in relevant working groups, task forces and coordination fora at national level, and supervise the representation of INTERSOS in coordination fora at local, and governorate level; representation is to be guaranteed according to the “INTERSOS Representation plan” approved by the SMT;
• In coordination with the HoM, ensure adequate INTERSOS representation during partners and donors visits related to the Protection (GBV) component of the Program;
• In coordination with the HoM, guarantee representation in and coordination with relevant actors and bodies operating in the framework of Protection programs (i.e. ad hoc task forces, other coordination fora etc.);
• In coordination with the HoM, S/he actively contributes to fundraising efforts through meetings with stakeholders, advocacy on specific cases, donors platform etc
• In coordination with the HoM, liaise with the Communication Department in the HQ, ensuring that reports, pictures, documentation and any other visibility material related to the Protection (GBV) Component of the Program are duly shared and provided.

• Responsible for the implementation of protection activities in South Syria, including capacity building, PSS, and GBV prevention and response programs;
• Develop Information, Education and Communication (IEC) materials and community mobilization tools to promote participation and engagement of women and girls, boys and men;
• Develop and facilitate capacity building activities on protection (especially GBV and PSS) for RI protection and non-protection staff and/or external partners. Train protection volunteers and community health workers to increase women and girls access to information about GBV risks and response services;
• Organize and supervise participatory assessments to identify critical protection needs of IDPs and host communities, especially individuals in vulnerable situations, in order to develop effective protection interventions;
• Provide daily supervision, support and guidance to protection staff in Syria on GBV, Psychosocial Support (PSS) and other protection concerns;
• Refer GBV survivors to other specialists or other institutions for further assistance, when necessary in order to propose the best support available, maintaining confidentiality;
• Develop and assist implementing new activities in Women and Girls Community Centers;
• Supervise and report data collection and statistics of daily activities in Community Centers and participate in team meetings to share experiences and discuss special cases with the Field Protection Manager, always preserving confidentiality;
• Coordination with Health and PSS staff to implement joint activities and activities between Health and Protection (GBV and PSS);
• Engage with M&E team to develop and implement appropriate M&E plans for protection activities;
• Support the regular collection and analysis of complete and up-to-date gender and protection information needed for effective program/project design and monitoring;
• Ensure that all activities are implemented and coordinated based on a “do no harm” approach;
• Mainstream protection and gender across all areas of intervention

Case Management Assistant Coordinator في International Relief and Development

• Serves as back-up for coordinator, taking on all relevant responsibilities, during his/her absence or unavailability

• Follow up with the caregiver and alternative collector projects .
• Track social workers care plans and follow-up dates.
• Drafts reports and plans.


Also a main responsibility are my focal point. I attend all meetings bi-week, supply minutes to inform all IRD Za'atari components and any tasks that come alone with the focal point

• Wheelchair Maintenance: In partnership with UNHCR and NRC to repair low and high maintenance.
• Case for Work(volunteer employment): Prepare fact sheet for finance and UNHCR for all IRD components.
prepare and insure all time sheets are complete and correct with scope of work and contracts signed. Assisting in filtering of applications and interviews.
