The job entails me to sort out visas, labour card and also contracts. I am in charge of usage of cars and allocation of flats. I ensure that the vehicles no longer used are sold. I am in charge of recruitment. I also make sure that the data bases are up to date and also use a Human resource program called BCC. I am incharge of 88 employees making sure that the grievances are heard . I also coordinate with the finance department to collect money for certain projects. I am also in charge of travel for the employees and also in charge of the holiday leave for the employees.
The job role with OES is not just pure reception it is also admin based and also PA work. I work with the phone system, I organise the schedules for the drivers and also for staff. Also I am in charge of ensuring new staff are picked up from the airports and dropped off to the right staff housing.
I also have a lot of updating admin files, organising files and also scheduling pick up of equipment. Also with the admin role I am sending out reports checking them over packing them and sending them to the clients. I also am in charge of cheque collection pick up and also sending out invoices.
I also work as PA to the CEO of the company and also to the COO. With the PA role I am booking reservations, organising dental appointments, or doctor appointments. I arrange the personal drivers to go places where they are needed. I also organise documentation for the CEO.

This placement involved one year of executive business management training. I spent 3 months each in Human Resources, Finance, IT and Investments departments.
May 2006-2006 Le Meridien Dubai
This work placement involved one month in the hotel. The training was one week in each department. The departments where I worked were reception, working in two restaurants as a waitress, house keeping and working in the gym as a receptionist.
