• Record Daily Sales and Expenses Report
• Preparing Warehouse and Shops Inventory Analysis Report
• Computing weekly sales
• Preparing Item Summary Listing
• Handling Card Sales
• Managing Cash Deposits (Input)
• Managing Petty Cash
• Preparing journal Entries for Cash Flows (Ongoing Cash/Cash Float Summary)

Team Leader:
- Helping with training and development
- Handling complaints from both Customers and Staff
- Provides direction, instruction and guidance to staff for the purpose of achieving goals
- Interviewing, hiring, and training new employees (Onboarding)

Service Crew:
- Greets all customers with fast, friendly, personalized service.
- Prepare or serve the order in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Verbally receives and calls back customer orders in a friendly manner.
- Reports all customer complaints to Operating Manager.
- Answers telephone and take the order efficiently.
- Answer customer questions regarding Chatime products.
- Maintains efficient, friendly service.
