 Implements and strengthens MEAL systems and processes for the
program office office to assure achievement and progress towards
project objectives and outcomes
 Supports the MEAL Coordinator and MEAL regional TWG in ensuring
that the field office delivers on all internal and external MEAL
requirements in a timely manner and with high quality information
 Provides technical support for program units to ensure outcome and
learning indicators are integrated into all log frames and other
programme quality tools, in alignment with SC's mandatory indicators.
 Develops MEAL Plans with appropriate data collection toolkits and
methodologies for use of the field office operations.

necessary and coordinates the planning and execution of baseline,

Save the Children's quality criteria and leads the integration of
recommendations and lessons learned in project planning and future

for setting up and running the HIS for health programme.

compiling the HIS reports from field offices into a central HIS data

 Ensuring that the system can feed into the DOH system.
