Worked as a full-time veterinary receptionist during the summer vacations of 2011 and 2012.
Experience and responsibilities included managing appointments, dealing with clients face to face and over the phone, often in emotional and stressful circumstances. Trained new receptionists on how to use the veterinary computer software. Reconciliation of daily takings. Worked with medical professionals in a fast paced, highly stressful environment.
2010-2013 Middlesex University Dubai BSc with Honours in Psychology with Human Resource Management. Currently conducting final year dissertation in a group of three; researching the differences in aggression, gender roles and self-esteem in different cultures. Also working as part of a group of 6 completing a consulting project for a local exhibition company in Dubai.
