• Greeting all members, leading a tour of the facility with potential members, sharing club promotions and special events, taking phone calls, booking appointments for all members, and sustaining a positive attitude at all times with members and co-workers.
• Selling memberships and participating in a community outreach, and motivating members and guest to generate a healthy lifestyle.
• Logging and keeping records of clients queries.
• Monitor and records all the information’s and queries from the customers, and always be prepared to achieve the target.
• Approach customers coming inside the shop.
• Keep areas neat while working, and return items to correct locations following demonstrations.
• Identify interested and qualified customers in order to provide them with what they need.
• Demonstrate and explain well the products to persuade the customers to purchase it.
• Records and gathered correct information about the products to be presented well to the customers.
• Monitor and records all the information’s and queries from the customers, and always be prepared to achieve the target.
