• Complete on-boarding cycle from sourcing to induction & joining.
• Recruiting for vacancies across Aster Medical Center in UAE
• Conceptualizing and Implementing Employee engagement activities.
• Handling the DHA licensing & documentation for medical professionals.
• Resolving employee grievances.
• Liaison of Employee’s Medical & Life insurance coverage
• Maintaining & updating staff data and leave balance for processing of payroll.
• Ensuring KPIs, JDs & Goal Sheets are in place for all employees within the Performance Management System guidelines.
• Exit formalities - Receiving the resignation, conducting resignation meeting, exit interviews, Preparing the Final settlements, Gratuity, leave salary and all employee benefits to submit it to the finance department for further processing.
• Maintaining employees personal files and records, communicating HR policies & across the organization at all levels
• Preparing various letters like offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter, increment letter, transfer letter, warning letter, showcase notice, experience/service certificate etc.
