Consulting with senior executives as part of the advisory team, developed a complete Facility Management and Home Owners
Association strategy for the Saudi National Housing Service Company to facilitate in the management of the planned developments in
line with the Saudi 2030 vision of over 1 million homes. Including;
• Community and facility management business model and strategy
• Facility management standard operating procedures
• Community management standard operating procedures
• Sub-division (Zoning) approach for multi-use developments
• Site surveys and reports on owners’ association structure
• Drafting of framework for Building Management Statements, community Cost Modeling and Reserve Funds Analysis
SREI - Saudi Real Estate Institute
• Developed training and exam material in Facilities Management and Owners Association Management. Course is currently
being offered by SREI to their students in KSA.

With a portfolio of 56 Buildings and 51 Townhouses, with 23 active Owners Association Boards and a portfolio of over 9000 units and
over 7000 utility Billing units in Dubai, DIFC Sharjah and Abu Dhabi. Expert on both DIFC strata Law and Dubai law 27/2007and

associated directives. Leading a team of over 30 employees with excellent employee relations, demonstrated by high retention rates,
responsibilities and achievements include;
• Second in charge with the responsibility for company compliance including Finance, HR, Customer Care, Operations and
Strategy
• Developed compliance procedures and processes for implementation of ISO 9001 Quality Assurance, 14001

Consultancy and Handover
Providing strategic consultancy advice for governments, home owner associations, developers, master communities, hotels and
tourism projects on some of the regions’ (Dubai, Sharja, Abu Dhabi, Lebanon, Oman and Saudi Arabia) most noteworthy and iconic
master developments and projects from project and unit Handover, FM & OA operational strategy guidelines and frameworks,
governance and strata structure, titling, zoning, service charge guidelines and benchmarking and preparation of constitutional
documentation including the following;
• Management of complete unit Handover on behalf of developer for commercial, retail, residential and hotel
communities.
• Handover document drafting, snagging, inspections, financial settlements, welcoming ceremony, and physical key and
legal handover.
• Supporting developers pre-sales with the development of disclosure statements and management documentation that
supports marketing material and SPAs to protect owners and developers at the time of handover.
• Development of governance and management strategies and implementation plans, assisting with preparation of
management documentation for a range of governance structure types.

Oversaw the marketing and operations of Ista Middle East UAE projects. Ista, headquartered in Germany providing sub metering,
utility expense management, and retail energy services. Key UAE clients being Emaar, Burj Khalifa, Sorouh, DMCC & Palm district
cooling & GCC governing bodies. Responsible for the strategic planning and pitching to potential clients.

Reporting to CEO and Chairman
Main areas of responsibility included construction project management, Facilities Management, Handover, Project Development,
Property Management. Responsible for all aspects of Handover, testing, commissioning and OA Management for towers consisting
of a total BUA of over 1.2 million sqft.
Responsible for the development and management of multiple departments (Hard & Soft Service FM, Customer Care / Call Centre,
Accounts, Leasing and Handover).
