Develop strong, lasting relationships with parents and children.
• Handle calls, parent correspondence and work filing for nursery.
• Conduct tours to showcase facilities to potential clients and provide guidance on joining
• Manage accounts receivables, including invoicing, fee collection and receipts using
QuickBooks system
• Assist with marketing materials for nursery such as posters/flyers and monthly newsletter
• Development of classroom material for children
• Monitor inventory, office stock and ordering supplies as necessary
• Act as a substitute teacher when required
• Assist with proofreading teacher’s reports to be sent out to parents.
• Coordinate with parents and children on setting goals for children in the nursery
• Provide guidance to teacher assistants on day-to-day activities
• Act as a point of escalation to concerned parents
• Assist management with staff recruitment
• Provide excellent customer service to Sprint Telecommunications clients
• Act as the first point of telephone contact for a customer
• Explain and resolve billing disputes with customer
• Assist customers in basic troubleshooting of phones and activation of new phone lines
