Major Function
The Administrative Staff is responsible for overall monitoring and updating all necessary information related to the employee especially their attendance and payroll.


Duties and Responsibilities

1. Ensure accurate plantilla monitoring and organizational chart.
2. Ensure updated of bulletin board.
3. Ensure to conduct attendance monitoring.
4. Ensure updating of bulletin board.
5. Ensure on time and accurate transmittal of documents.
6. Ensuring on time and accurate timekeeping records on ieFastrak for payroll.
7. Ensuring on time encoding or leaves on HRIS.
8. Ensure on time and accurate creation of OT Billing.
9. Ensure 100% compliance on attendance.
10. Ensure effective participation on weekly admin meeting and HR quarterly meeting.
11. Ensure complete engagement in site activities.
12. Ensure to gather and answer employee concerns.

Qualifications and Competencies

1. Professional Qualifications

• Must be a Nursing graduate.
• At least 1 year related experience.
• Computer literate and average communication skills.

2. Personal Qualifications

• Flexible, fast learner, open minded, hardworking and has good interpersonal relations, and result-oriented.
• Team player, committed to work, honest, team player and willing to work under pressure.
