Working in the plant which I take full charge unit as Sulphur Recovery Unit, Boilers and MP Steam, H2S, Blowers, Air Compressors Atlas Copco, Fuel Gas Unit, Pumps Fisher, Demine Plant, Incinerator, Hydro-test, Punch List. Start up Utility Unit,
Checks and monitors all activities in the plant during maintenance activitie Attends maintenance work to ensure safe operations consistent with related.
Also I work on extraction unit (expander, chillers, drayers. turbo-expander).
Prepares test separators and monitors flow pressure and temperature, prepares related data sheets and maintains test records.
Loop Checking, for all Vibrations, Thermocouples and Instruments equipments

Responsible for continuous operation of the whole plant from the central control room and field, this plant is comprised of : inlet gas facility with two turbo-man turbine driven gas compressors, CO2 removal unit using amine, two process trains gas dehydration, gas cooling and expansion with Mafi Trench turbo expanders, producing sales gas, fractionation producing LPG and condensate; recompression & export gas with three GE/ Nuovo Pignone MS5000E - 28 MW turbine driven gas compressors with MARK V controls, storage unit for LPG and condensate, a full utility unit including diathermia hot oil system for reboilers, fuel gas system, water treatment, air, nitrogen, methanol injection for hydrates inhibition.
Maintain continuous radio contact with Rover and Senior Operators to keep them informed of operating conditions to request manual adjustments of equipment, to carry out on-site readings and convey instructions given by Shift Supervisor.
Safety trained for: Permit to Work System, STOP for safety… card, BA and Gas testing equipment.
Very familiar with Honeywell system, FSC including ESD and F&G system.
Member of commissioning and start up team.
Have contacts with other Panel Operators and with maintenance to coordinate shutdowns and isolation for maintenance purposes.
Work according to established operational procedures and standards Initiative to take process corrective action and in acting accordingly during emergencies

Start-up and normal running of various plant and equipment.
Working in Gas Treatment Plant with two process trains. 60 millions Sm3/Day
Production propane and butane
Splitters overhead gases
Experience in Gas Turbine Driven Compressor-Mark 2- (Nuovopignone)
Export dry Gas, Condensate and LPG.
Monitor outside process equipment.
