Researching and identifying prospective suppliers.

- Monitoring project progress and creating status reports weekly.
- Assist with materials scheduling to ensure that the project installation team has the resource requirements to -complete their tasks.
- Managing project documents such as shop drawings, table of codes, and scope of works.
- Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Estimating the quantity of materials to be purchased following approved drawings.
- Prepare actual bill of materials such as aluminum profiles and channels, glass, and accessories (bolts, seal, gasket, fastener, hardware and ironmongeries, etc.)
- Glass takeoff for Balustrade, Roof and skylights, and oversized glazing
- Evaluating tender documents from suppliers to select the most appropriate bidders capable of timely delivery of high-quality products at competitive pricing.
- Negotiating with suppliers on lead time, cost, and quality to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.
- Prepare shop drawings for in-house fabrication and assembly of metal works for site installation
- Perform regular performance reviews with suppliers to drive continuous improvements.
- Coordinating with suppliers to meet objectives related to cost, performance, schedule, and quality.
Developing pricing strategies for existing customers, identifying and establishing new accounts, communicating with clients, collaborating with team members, researching to attract new customers, coordinating sales and marketing plans, preparing expense reports, conducting cost analyses, taking minutes during meetings, determining pricing for new projects, consulting with concrete experts, assisting the General Manager in preparing quotations and contracts, and visiting project sites.
Deliver technical presentations on products/services; Prepare quotations using Microsoft Dynamics NAV; Attend seminars to promote products and network; Secure orders and arrange deliveries; Submit quarterly reports including monthly highlights; Coordinate with engineers and customers to assess equipment needs and determine system requirements.
