• Lead digital marketing & communications strategy and best practices across
various platforms and social communities
• Identifying potential leads and growth areas within existing clients, as well as
broader prospecting opportunities
• Counselling clients confidently on communications marketing, including digital,
social, PR and content creation
• Analyse reports identifying rooms for improvement and opportunities to ensure
the success of a campaign, also overseeing client programmes and driving
integrated camvpaigns.
• Managing a portfolio of accounts, teams, and developing junior team members,
and line management responsibilities.
• Provide strategic counsel to clients senior management
• Directing media engagement strategy for clients and coaching teams to activate
and deliver coverage, leading from the front.
• Strong understanding of several sectors, providing clients with best practices,
strategic recommendations, and protecting their interests and reputation.

• Oversee integrated content strategy and production, focusing on digital
disemination
• Review and improve team processes for enhanced content delivery
• Lead digital strategy with a focus on analytics and influencer engagement
• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of client projects
• Maintain financial performance metrics for assigned projects
• Provide detailed oversight of all client deliverables
• Manage APCOs social media and digital capabilities, in addition to mentor
and train new team members

• Manage remote teams and diverse clients in public and private sectors
• Develop and implement social media strategies and identify relevant KPIs
• Oversee monthly content calendars, social media content in Arabic & English
• Analyze social media platforms and align with communication team for events
and client awareness
• Create targeted content and collaborate with influencers for activations
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and work closely with stakeholders
to ensure successful campaign delivery
• Use data insights to align messaging and strategy

• Ensure high-quality output from the Creative Department
• Lead and guide the Creative team to consistently meet deadlines
• Collaborate with other teams to stimulate demand
• Monitor and enhance sellers performance
• Ensure product availability in the MEA region
• Manage social media, e-commerce, and business development

• Handling top clients such as HTC | Jaguar Land Rover | Regus
• Art Directing | ATL | BTL, preparing and executing pitch presentations
• Cross check all designs against the guidelines for global clients
• Work closely with account managers to schedule and monitor all projects
• QC all Arabic creative & key visuals as well as proof reading & copywriting
