•Company ticket for employees going on Vacation, Business Travel, New Joinee Tickets, Recruitment trip travel needs to be arranged from travel agent and issue the tickets. Processing Leave settlement and ensure payroll pay the leave settlement deposit the cash to employee’s account 5 days prior to vacation.
Accomplishment
•Reduced overall cost spend on On-Boarding activities by 7% (Categorized Skilled & Unskilled Labour, Travel, Hotel accommodation &Transportation, Visa stamping & status change.
•HR team lead on a key transformation project within the business, that involved the launch of a new format store supported by new hiring and training methodologies I was the one point of contact for Onboarding coordination 60 employee’s in 1 batch with different positions could successfully complete the project with in the time lines end to end.
•Optimization on visa cost by 3% negotiating with medical centers and finding the most economical centers in all the region.
•Implemented time and attendance system across office, store and warehouse also trained all the employees to use the new software in Mobile App & systems.
•In Homecentre won an award “ABCD” (Above and Below call on Duty) in 2012.
•Initiated cost-free recruitment sourcing i.e. employee referral, career website, job positing i.e. Bayt Linked In & significantly reduced recruitment cost.
Initiate and manage recruitment activities end to end with the department heads and the senior management.
