• Study & Analysis of Tender scope by verifying the Drawings, Specifications, BOQ, Condition of contract & relevant Codes and standards.
• Prepare & Compile the Technical & Commercial BID document in compliance with the tender requirements.
• Coordinate the Bid team & Split the works between team members.
• Prepare the Subcontract packages and sending RFQ’s.
• Evaluation the Supplier’s & Subcontractor’s proposal & verifying their compliance against the tender requirements.
• Represent the company in meetings with Consultants, Supplier’s & Subcontractors.
• Negotiate Subcontract proposals & Finalize subcontracts.
• Preparing variation for the ongoing Projects
• Detailed Quantity take off and procuring the materials according to specification. Rate Analysis & Estimation.
• Preparation of Bill of Quantity.
• Managing Site Activities & Supervision
• Preparing Quantity take off from Drawings prior to procurement of materials
• Constructed measurement of works from actual site.
• Managing all the site activities including the responsibility of scheduling the required manpower.
• Coordination of various subcontractors to meet the main contract performance.
• Preparation of Monthly payment certificate.
• Monthly progress report preparation.
• Drafting of Plans & Elevations for client based on their Taste & Requirements
• Preparation of Bill of quantities from Drawings.
• Coordination of the Site Construction to meet the main contract program and performance

• Preparing Rate analysis from the schedule of rates & Government data sheets.
• Survey works for the Pipe line routing and preparation of drawings.

The Three Year Course Includes Structural Engineering & Designing, Transportation Engineering, Public Health Engineering, Quantity Surveying-II & Building Evaluation, Building Technology & Construction Management, Hydraulics & Irrigation, Strength of Materials & Theory of Structures, Land Surveying I & II, Material of Construction & Construction Practice, Civil Engineering Drawing & Engineering Mechanics During the Course I have completed the project for the Feasibility Study, Design development, & Cost Calculation for the construction of Stone crushing plant at Kerala, India
